The duplicate charge was handled through State Farm's corporate billing system (not our office); and once the issue was identified, we escalated it and it was resolved shortly after it was discovered. We also understand document turnaround can be frustrating, but processing can take weeks--especially when items involve multiple departments like Billing and Underwriting. Finally, regarding any amount owed, credits were issued to your account in June and July, all detailed in emails over the last two months. "
